Check In & Check Out:
Your room will be ready from 4pm on the day of arrival and we would kindly ask you to arrive by 7pm, or notify us well in advance of late arrival.
Your room should be vacated by 10am on the final day of your stay.
Deposit:
If booking in advance of your stay a non-refundable deposit of £25 per room per night is required to secure your booking with written confirmation of your holiday dates and number of rooms required.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation of the original booking being made within 14 days of the reserved dates, the total accommodation cost is chargeable unless we are able to re-let the room(s).
Other:
If, for any reason, we have to cancel your reservation a full refund of the cost of your stay will be made.
Kindly note that Coynachie Guest House is a non-smoking establishment. Regrettably, dogs and other pets are not allowed in the interests of other guests.
Your agreement to these conditions is assumed when you arrive at Coynachie Guest House.
